Camaco Financial Group Inc. is a 3rd generation, family-owned, and Calgary based independent financial group. Camaco Financial Group Inc. was established in 1979 by Anne Campbell who transitioned the company to her son, Ross, in 1989. The company has since grown in size and services while maintaining Anne’s initial passion to provide practical, helpful, and meaningful advice to their clients.

Since taking over the family business, Ross has been striving to develop meaningful and committed relationships with each of his clients and their families to help them achieve realistic and attainable financial goals. He aims to empower clients to take control of their financial decisions by providing insight, knowledge, and informative advice that help them accomplish their goals
Ross obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. He has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years, in banking, insurance, and investments. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter designation (CLU) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations. Ross is a member of the Conference for Life Underwriting (CALU). CALU's mandate is to advance financial planning issues which include the range of advisory and marketing activities relating to estate planning, corporate-owned life insurance, wealth creation and management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Ross is also a member of Advocis, whose members adhere to an established professional Code of Conduct to uphold standards of best practice, participate in ongoing continuing education programs, and are committed to putting their client interests first.
Ross and his wife, Nancy, live in Calgary, Alberta. They enjoy spending time with their five children and their families. Ross is pleased to have Ben and Tyler join him in the business as this represents helping clients achieve their financial goals and objectives for a third generation.
For over 20 years Ross has served on the board of TWR Canada and also the international board of TWR, a multinational evangelical Christian media distributor. TWR is the largest media organization in the world, and currently, their programs can be heard in 160 countries in more than 230 languages and dialects.
As a third-generation advisor of Camaco Financial Group Inc., it is Ben's desire to continue to build upon the foundation that has helped clients financially prosper over the last 50 years. With the heart of a teacher, Ben strives to help educate and equip his clients to make the financial decisions that are best for them. With an emphasis on comprehensive financial planning and investing for retirement, Ben helps each of his clients navigate through the important financial questions that matter to them.
Ben obtained his Bachelor of Business degree from Dallas Baptist University. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), the Registered Financial Planner (R.F.P.), and the Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designations.
Ben is a member of the Institute of Advanced Financial Planners (IAFP). IAFP's mandate is to promote the profession of financial planning in Canada by setting a standard of excellence in the competency and practice of personal financial planning, for those financial planners who aspire to achieve such excellence. He is also a member of Advocis, whose members adhere to an established professional Code of Conduct to uphold standards of best practice, participate in ongoing continuing education programs, and are committed to putting their client interests first.
In his spare time, Ben enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his church community. Ben and his wife, Marissa, have been blessed with three daughters.
Tyler has been assisting advisors in providing their clients with wealth management solutions, since 2015. In 2017, he joined Camaco Financial Group Inc.
Tyler obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ambrose University. Tyler holds the Life and Accident & Sickness insurance license.
Tyler and his wife, Pam, have two children. He enjoys soccer, squash, and spending time with his family and faith community.
